Work with us!
A great job should enrich your world. If you’re looking for something that inspires you, the journey continues below!
A team built on different perspectives
At RTG, we know great ideas don’t come from one type of person – they come from a mix of voices, backgrounds and ways of thinking.
If you have the skills and passion for the role, you’ll be assessed on merit alone. Your identity – whether race, gender, religion, disability or anything else – will never be a barrier to joining our team.
Hybrid Working
We recognise that flexibility is an important part of modern working life. Our hybrid approach is designed to support both individual needs and team collaboration. Depending on your role, you can expect a balanced combination of office and home working, allowing you to maintain a productive routine that supports your wellbeing
Travel Opportunities
Understanding our destinations first-hand is a valuable part of our work. Selected team members may accompany groups on trips to gain insight into locations, accommodation and itineraries. These opportunities can include travel to a range of destinations such as Iceland, the Azores and key European cities, enhancing both professional knowledge and experience.
Relaxed Dress
We encourage a smart-casual dress style that allows you to feel comfortable whilst still maintaining a professional standard. As most roles are not customer facing, day-to-day attire is relaxed and practical. On occasion, certain events may require more formal wear.
People First
We’re committed to creating a supportive and inclusive workplace where wellbeing comes first. As members of the Mental Health Charter, we actively promote positive mental health. Our staff-led clubs: from board game lunches to walking groups, encourage connection beyond the day-to-day, while regular charity involvement, allows our team to give back to local causes and support the surrounding communities.
